Goats Milk Cottage Cheese

I thought that the whey would go chessey and the curds would go liquidy.

Ingredients

2L Goats Milk
80g Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

the curds and whey seperated. the whey did not go chessey it went liquidy . and the curds did not go liquidy but it went chessey.

Homemade Custard from scratch in the Thermomix TM5 science report

I thought it would be nice and hot. and i thought it would be sloppy.

Custard Recipe

1000g Full Cream Milk
100-200g sugar
20g Cornflour
4 eggs

Optional 40g Cocoa Powder
or
1tsp Vanilla Extract

it was nice and hot. but it wasn’t sloppy. it was a bit like a jelly but it wasn’t jelly.
