Goats Milk Cottage Cheese

I thought that the whey would go chessey and the curds would go liquidy.

Ingredients

2L Goats Milk
80g Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

the curds and whey seperated. the whey did not go chessey it went liquidy . and the curds did not go liquidy but it went chessey.
