Goats Milk Cottage Cheese

I thought that the whey would go chessey and the curds would go liquidy.

Ingredients

2L Goats Milk
80g Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

the curds and whey seperated. the whey did not go chessey it went liquidy . and the curds did not go liquidy but it went chessey.

Homemade Custard from scratch in the Thermomix TM5 science report

I thought it would be nice and hot. and i thought it would be sloppy.

Custard Recipe

1000g Full Cream Milk
100-200g sugar
20g Cornflour
4 eggs

Optional 40g Cocoa Powder
or
1tsp Vanilla Extract

it was nice and hot. but it wasn’t sloppy. it was a bit like a jelly but it wasn’t jelly.

what I found out about seeds this year

this is when I started planting seeds
this is when i potted up the seeds that grew from the first try and when I planted more seeds i was doing all of this for shedwars youth division this year i will be doing shedwars watch my videos to find out how i go with my garderning

i learnt

  • that forgetting to water the seeds and seedlings is a bad idea
  • that it is easier for me to do peas by seed then lettuce by seed
  • that it is better to have seeds in the shade then the sun

Broody Chicken or Incubator

An egg can hatch into a chicken which is called a chick but the egg needs to be under a hen or in the incubator for twenty-one days super long time, this is a hen on the eggs.

A Chick

A chick is a cute type of chicken they are very fluffy NOT FURRY LIKE A DOG!

Pullet or Cockerel

After 5-6 weeks you can easily see if it is a pullet or a cockerel.

When a chick is 5-6 weeks old you look at the top of there head to see if their comb is large and red or pale and small.

Large and red ones are cockerels. A Cockerel is a young rooster.

The small and pale ones are pullets. A Pullet is a young girl chicken that is not ready to lay eggs.

Point of Lay

After 5 months the pullet is a point of lay which means is ready to lay eggs.

Whole Chicken

Then a few weeks later your cockerel can turn into a whole chicken like what you can buy at the shops.
