Supplies

  • A cup of warm water ( 43 ° c- 46 ° c )
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 4 teaspoons of active dry yeast

Process

  1. put plain water into a cup.
  2. put sugar into the cup and stir the sugar and the water.
  3. 4 teaspoons of dry yeast and stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
